L&#8217;attention port\u00e9e aux ressources humaines est attest\u00e9e par le faible taux de renouvellement du personnel. La plupart des collaborateurs int\u00e8grent ICIS avec des contrats de formation et d&#8217;apprentissage et am\u00e9liorent leurs comp\u00e9tences au sein de l&#8217;organisation. Cette \u00e9volution est possible parce que chacun b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#8217;un processus de formation et de mise \u00e0 jour constant, gr\u00e2ce auquel il est toujours en phase avec les technologies les plus innovantes dans chaque t\u00e2che \u00e0 accomplir. Des activit\u00e9s de formation sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement organis\u00e9es dans les locaux des fournisseurs d&#8217;\u00e9quipements et de machines afin d&#8217;accro\u00eetre les comp\u00e9tences et le professionnalisme du personnel de production et de rendre le travail plus s\u00fbr. Nous collaborons avec des instituts professionnels pour cr\u00e9er des cours de formation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
