The ICIS team

The ICIS work team is made up of about 145 highly professional people. The low turnover clearly shows how focused we are on human resources. Most of the employees join ICIS with training and apprenticeship contracts and increase their skills within the organization. This evolution is possible because everyone receives constant training and refresher courses, which ensure they are always up to speed with the most innovative technologies in each job.
Training activities are periodically organized at the facilities of equipment and machinery suppliers to increase the skills and professionalism of the production staff and make work safer. We work together with professional institutes to create training courses.
